4. Installation and Setup
Our team will visit your site, assess the location, and install your Starlink equipment at the most suitable spot for the best performance. Most installations take between one to two hours.

5. Payments and Fees
Payments for installations and support must be made as agreed during booking or invoicing. Our service fees depend on the complexity of the installation and the selected service package. We'll always provide a breakdown before we begin.

6. Warranty and Support
We provide ongoing technical support and routine maintenance. However, the warranty on Starlink hardware follows Starlink’s global terms. We'll help coordinate with Starlink if warranty issues arise.

7. Liability
We take care to perform installations safely and professionally. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by unpredictable events such as storms, power surges, or equipment issues that happen after we complete the installation.

8. Changes to Services
From time to time, we may update or adjust our services due to technical needs, market changes, or updates from Starlink itself. We'll keep you informed of any changes that affect your service.

9. Customer Responsibilities
You’ll need to ensure we have access to the installation site and that any necessary permissions are granted ahead of time. If your schedule changes or you need to delay installation, just let us know in advance.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy. Any personal data you share with us is used strictly for service delivery. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

11. Termination
Either party can end the service agreement by giving notice. If you cancel after we've started or completed part of the work, you’ll be expected to pay for the portion of services already rendered.

12. Dispute Resolution
If there’s ever a misunderstanding or issue, we’ll do our best to resolve it amicably. If further resolution is needed, the matter will be handled through Kenya’s appropriate legal channels.
